Butter Wasabi Shrimp with Garlic
Shrimp 10 - 15 pieces
- Wasabi 2 tablespoons
- cornstarch 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
- Cooking Wine 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- White pepper
- Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
- butter 1 tablespoon
- Rum or cooking wine 1/4 cup
Step 1: Prepare the shrimp: remove the head of the Roche shrimp, cut off the legs and whiskers, and then cut the back of the shrimp with a knife on the back of the shrimp, but do not completely separate the shrimp so that the shrimp are in a flowering shape.
